City Library Ludwigsburg, they host great story time programs for kids 3 and up- call for upcoming events and/or feel free to pick up a brochure in the tourist center (located on the Marktplatz in Ludwigsburg- in German).
LUKI Club, Ludwigsburg Kinderbetreung. I use this often when I want to do a little shopping or have a coffee with friends (alone). The staff is great and the kids really enjoy playing here! Luki is located directly on the Marktplatz.
