My husband lived in Germany for several years before we met and I keep making him tell me all about the Christmas Markets...I have to say, I am fascinated...I'm trying to find out who to contact to get one going here in Salem, MA...you are so lucky to live so close !

I cannot wait to write about the German Christmas Markets. They are soooo wonderful and very atmospheric. Last year I celebrated the holidays in the states and I couldn't believe how much I missed the market- especially since it is literally right outside my door (I live directly on the Marktplatz where the X-mas market is held).
